This 6 week program includes..

3- 30 Minute Zoom Coaching calls with Andrea  

You will have 3 online coaching sessions with Andrea to check-in bi-weekly during the 6 week program. 

Andrea will answer any questions, troubleshoot or alter workouts, suggest herbal teas, or offer a few Ayurvedic remedies for menstrual questions you may have.  

Custom 6 week workout program & suggested foods for each phase of the program

Your program will include a 6 week custom plan built around your cycle or the lunar cycle, what equipment you have access to, what exercise limitations you might have.

All exercises will have video demonstrations and an introduction how to get started with the program video. So you won't have any questions of how it works or where to start.

EMAIL & VOXER SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE 6 WEEKS

You will have access to Andrea directly the entire 6 weeks M-F. To answer any questions that come up throughout the program.

I'm an Ayurvedic practitioner, certified personal trainer, a yoga instructor, and pre/post natal specialist since 2007.  I'm also a wife & mom to an active 4 year old boy.

My mission the past few years has been around how to keep people motivated to workout. I work primarily with women and was noticing a huge dip in energy with some clients around the same time each month. Instead of pushing through another workout I started having clients workout with their cycle instead of fighting through one more challenging workout. 

The results women finally felt at ease with a workout plan and had lasting energy throughout the month and for their family.

When is the best time to start this program?

Anytime!

That is why I created the program to be 6 weeks in length.
You will be able to build around your cycle and go through 1.5 phases depending on your cycle or phase you start in.

Questions & Answers

why 6 weeks instead of 4 weeks?

I've found everyone's cycle length varies. 6 weeks gives us plenty of time to guarantee we hit all aspects of your cycle and can start a 2nd cycle phase to see what might need to be tweaked.

How do we meet?

We will be meeting via Zoom an online video platform. You will be emailed the link as soon as you book your session. 

 The other app  we use is Voxer which is like a voicemail system where we can send messages virtually, or a good ole fashion email are the ways we will communicate. 


How long are our coaching calls?

30 minutes.

I suggest a bi-weekly schedule with your coaching calls but you will be able to schedule them whenever you need during your 6 week program.
