Embrace the beauty of winter with Winter Wellness Flow

This is a unique 90-minute experience combining the grounding power of yoga with the wisdom of Ayurveda.  

We’ll begin with a 60-minute Ayurvedic-inspired yoga practice designed to balance both Vata & Kapha energies of the winter season, leaving you feeling warm, centered, and rejuvenated.

Following the flow, enjoy a 30-minute Ayurvedic winter workshop where you'll learn simple yet powerful practices to harmonize your body and mind with the season. Discover tips for winter nourishment, immune-boosting rituals, and self-care techniques to stay vibrant through the colder months.  

This pop-up class is perfect for anyone looking to align with nature’s rhythms and cultivate wellness this winter. All levels welcome!

Will this be recorded?

Yes, I will record the class if you can't make it live and want to do the practice on your own.

What fitness level is this class for?

Everyone is welcome. I have taught for over 17 years and can modify the class for everyone.

What style of yoga  will be doing?

As one of my mentors said yoga is yoga. If you want a feel for style, it will be a hatha/yin infused class.

My mission is to help women learn how to slow down, tune in and connect to their inner wisdom using Movement, Mindfulness and Mother Nature as their guide.

Ayurveda transformed my life after the birth of my first son in 2016 and I have made it my life's work to help others learn the healing benefits of Ayurvedic medicine ever since!

I host a weekly podcast, Peaceful Power Podcast and have written two cyclical living books- Divine Body Wisdom and Ayurvedic Approach to Healing Your Menstrual Cycle. 

My other interests are playing tennis, watching the Hallmark Channel, and enjoying my morning cup of coffee. I also love exploring my favorite nature trail with my two boys and hubby. 

I've been an Ayurvedic Wellness counselor, 500 HR Yoga Teacher and Personal trainer since 2007.
