I studied Exercise Science & Psychology in college which is perfect for what I do today. I went on to become a certified personal trainer in 2007, as well as becoming a 500 hr yoga teacher. I trained at Devanadi Yoga. I also am an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor where I trained under Katie Silcox for two years. One of my other mentors is Indu Arora. I have been implementing Ayurveda into my life the last 10 years. I have provided training and coaching to well over 1000 women over the last 18 years.
