Ayurveda is for everyone and is simple in nature. You just need the right teacher, mother nature.

I believe that...

thinking we are the same day in and day out especially as a woman. We are cyclical beings and it's time to understand how that applies to a modern lifestyle.

I'm not about...

cyclical living to live an aligned life. Everything is cyclical in nature it's time to embrace the seasonal shifts vs. push them away.

ok, let's recap!

— Shelley B.

"I've been looking for a new way to deal with some gut health issues and practicing Ayurveda has been so helpful! Andrea's knowledge and suggestions have been both easy and hard overall and learning more about the body and how we just need to listen to what it is trying to tell us. I am working on taking better care of what foods I take in and noticing how they affect me. Andrea is a very positive voice to run my questions by and I am so grateful for her caring and calming nature. I look forward to exploring more about Ayurveda especially about the lunar phases and as a good compliment with my yoga practice."
