How we connected

Kori and I have been in the same circles and both contributed to past guest Sarah Martin postpartum care package for mamas. I happened to see Kori was hosting a local coffee meet-up for mamas and attended. It was wonderful. She runs them once a month on a Friday for moms to connect and kids are welcome. Kori really is a light in this world and I know you will fall in love with her passion for helping mamas awaken to who they truly are on a soul level.

Background on Kori Stephens

Hi. I’m Kori. I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, human rights advocate, dreamer, planner and believer of magic.
I belong to two amazing little boys who are growing up too quickly and who have the most wild, adventurous and creative souls. I love seeing the world through their eyes and how they have truly become my most loved and profound teachers in my life. I am dedicated to supporting, guiding and empowering women by honoring the deep wisdom that we each have within us. This commitment has shown up through my work as a birth and postpartum doula, a nonprofit leader working to build the capacity and resilience of child serving organizations and as an advocate for systems change to create a safer, freer and more equitable world.
Professional Credentials – Master in Public Health (MPH) – Maternal & Child Health, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) International Coach Federation, Dragontree Life Coach, Dragontree Illuminator, DONA Birth Doula Training, Life Coach, Mothering Arts Community Supported Postpartum Facilitator

LEarn My Story

I specialize in pre/postpartum wellness through an Ayurvedic lens. Pre/postpartum fitness has been something I've focused on for 17 years now and is my passion & calling in life.

I host a weekly podcast, Peaceful Power Podcast and have written two cyclical living books- Divine Body Wisdom and Ayurvedic Approach to Healing Your Menstrual Cycle.

I graduated from Shakti School in 2019 as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor. I'm a 500 HR Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic postpartum doula graduate from Inner Sun & Moon AyurDoula Program.

My other interests are playing tennis, watching the Hallmark Channel, and enjoying my morning cup of coffee. I also love exploring my favorite nature trail with my two boys and hubby.

I'm an Ayurvedic Wellness counselor, Ayurvedic postpartum doula & 500 HR Yoga Teacher and Personal trainer since 2007.
