    This week I had a lot of energy and was feeling motivated so I snuck in a double workout on Sunday. Something I haven’t done since my college days.


    Sunday- December 2nd, 2018

    I attended Alchemy Class (below is our workout) & a yoga class. I went to the A10 class as the A20 had pull-ups and they are my nemesis!

    Alchemy Workout

    Every Minute On The Minute

    30 Kettlebell swings & rest when done

    Next Minute

    30 Narrow Mountain Climbers & hold a high plank when finished

    Yoga Class 

    Before I went to class I was hoping for no high planks and a chill yoga practice and of course we did a hard yoga practice and lots of high planks. So I really felt it in my shoulders the next day!


    Monday- December 3rd, 2018

    My solo workout at the gym looked like this:

    8 Minute Workout

    Every Minute On The Minute

    5 Burpees

    15 Ground to Jump & Touch

    Followed By

    3 Rounds 

    250 Meters on the Rowing Machine

    25 Bent Over Rows

    25 TRX Chest Press

    25 SB Crunches

    25 Air Squats


    Tuesday- December 4th, 2018

    I taught 2 yoga classes.

    Here are a few yoga options if you want to do a yoga practice today.


    Wednesday- December 5th, 2018

    I attended an Alchemy class it was a 50 minute class an A20 and boy was it ever cardio! If you want a great leg and cardio workout below is tough!

    10 Minutes of the below section 

    15 Wall Taps Followed by 1 Burpee

    10 Box Jumps Followed by 1 Burpee

    5 Squat to shoulder press Followed by 1 Burpee

    10 High Knees Followed by 1 Burpee

    15 split Jumps Followed by 1 Burpee

    4 Rounds 

    9 Squat to Shoulder Presses

    9 Swinging Pull-ups

    **When complete repeat back through top section of the workout for a total of 20 minutes.


    Thursday- December 6th, 2018

    I had another solo gym workout see below for a quick 15-20 minute workout.

    4 Minutes- Jacobs Ladder

    50 Front Squats

    40 Squat to shoulder press

    30 Push Press

    20 (10 each arm) Snatches

    10 Dips

    4 Minutes Jacobs Ladder


    Friday- December 7th, 2018

    I wasn’t in the mood to workout until 4:30pm today. So I went to an afternoon Alchemy class.

    2 Minutes 

    • Box step-overs with 2-  25lb dumbbells

    6 Minutes 

    • 12 Deadlifts  – 2  –  25lb dumbbells
    • 12 Box Jumps
    • 12 Rocket Jumps

    2 Minutes 

    • Box step-overs with 2-  25lb dumbbells

    Saturday- December 8th, 2018

    I went to my regular yoga class this week.
