Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast today I chat with Babette Dunkelgrun and I chat all about body positivity and how to non-diet.

Babette and I first met via an email she sent to me about being a guest on the show. I really liked what she was up to in the world and so I thought she would be the perfect person to chat with about body positivity and non-dieting and all of the things related to mindset around both of those areas in our lives. She did not disappoint!

Babette Dunkelgrun of Mill Valley, California, knows from experience how many different kind of diets are out there. But after years of experimenting she realized what really works is having a healthy relationship with food. A non-diet health coach Dunkelgrun is helping women have a healthier relationship with food by addressing the root of their issues and focusing on healthy relationships in all aspects of their lives.
