Most people need to find their why not someone else’s. The reason I workout is not going to be the same thing that motivates you.

  • What is going to get you excited to get out of bed to workout
  • What is a lifelong fitness routine that works for you?
  • Do you need outside accountability?
  • What are your goals- 30, 60, 90 days?
