Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast I’m your host Andrea Claassen. Today I will be talking with Courtney Townley of the Grace & Grit podcast.

Introduction

Courtney is someone I have looked up to in the fitness industry for a few years. I decided I needed to see if she would want to be on my podcast. She said yes and amazing conversation no holds bar, no frill, real fitness advice ensued. My fitness beliefs are very aligned with what Courtney preaches & teaches. She is a powerhouse in the fitness industry who isn’t afraid to tell women the truth behind the latest fad. She also discusses about her personal evolution in the fitness industry and why we need to be more accepting of our own bodies as we age. This was such a dynamite convo that I know will light a fire under you after listening to Courtney’s take on women’s health.
