    The Flow of the Program

    Each week we meet 2x a week for a group check-in and Zoom workout- 40 Minute sessions (see sample monthly flow calendar) 

    You will get an 8 week plan for you to workout with your cycle to continue after our time together

    We have one 60 minute coaching session a month to go over how to align your life with your cycle 

    This 8 week program includes..

    2 group workouts a week
      

    All group workouts are 40 minutes in length.  We will have a 10 minute check-in before the call & a 30 minute workout. All sessions recorded if you can't make it live.

    Each week we will have a new menstrual phase focus for the week. Your own menstrual cycle might not align with the focus of the week but you can learn how the workouts feel in your body and how to modify the workouts each cycle phase. 


     Monthly Group Coaching Calls

    These calls will be where we can get into any questions you might have about nutrition, self-care, meditations, pranayama and aligning your life with your cycle. 

    The calls will be recorded and 60 minutes in length. Questions can be submitted ahead of time if you can't make it live.

    My goal for this program is to empower you to feel confident you can workout with your cycle after our 8 weeks together. You will get another 8 week plan to do on your own.

    You also get a self-care & nutrition for your cycle guide.

    I'm an Ayurvedic practitioner, certified personal trainer, a yoga instructor, and pre/post natal specialist since 2007.  I'm also a wife & mom to an active 5 year old boy.

    If you told me 8 years ago I would be talking about periods, I would have thought you were joking.. Since feeling a nudge to explore, research, and workout myself with my cycle and seeing the results I felt the calling to share this wisdom with more women.

    Women, who might also be a little shy about talking about their periods but are intrigued by what it can do for them. This has shifted my life's work in profound ways and I cannot wait to show you how you can start to transform your own life. 

    My mission the past few years has been around how to keep people motivated to workout. I work primarily with women and was noticing a huge dip in energy with some clients around the same time each month. Instead of pushing through another workout I started having clients workout with their cycle instead of fighting through one more challenging workout. 

    Women finally felt at ease with their workout plan and had lasting energy throughout the month, plus were reaching goals they previously thought unattainable.

    Andrea Claassen

    I started training with Andrea while pregnant with my second child, after badly injuring myself postpartum 4 months after having my first child. I thought I’d do it for the pre and post-natal period only, but I’ve been addicted to training with her ever since! Her maternity knowledge is unmatched, and 2 years later, she’s still finding ways to challenge me in a fun way. She keeps my workouts fresh and fun, tailoring everything to my specific style. It’s still amazing to me that I could lose all the baby weight through 30 minute workouts.

    Questions & Answers

    why 8 weeks?

    I've found everyone's cycle length varies. 8 weeks gives us plenty of time to guarantee we hit all aspects of your cycles multiple times. 

    We can also go over tweaks of teas, or supplements, or lifestyle tips you can make based on your cycle symptoms. 

    What if I don't know any of the phases of my cycle?

    Totally fine! You will learn all about the 4 major phases and have an idea of how to workout and live with your cycle after the program. 

    You will have anecdotal evidence of what works for you and what doesn't. 

    When can i start?

    The next session begins in Feb. 2022! 



    Does it matter what day of my cycle I'm on when I join the program?

    No. Everyone will be in a different spot of their cycle. We will all learn and grow together throughout our 8 weeks together. 

    What if i'm on hormonal birth control?

    You will not only learn how to workout with your cycle but also the moon. You will learn how to tap into the lunar wisdom vs period wisdom. If on hormonal birth control the moon is the path to follow.  

    What if i no longer have a regular cycle?

    You can workout with the lunar phases which correlate with the menstrual cycle.  We will go over both in the coaching program. 

    What if I have an irregular cycle?

    This is the perfect program to join. We will go over ways to start living around your cycle and strategies to help you start having a more regular cycle. 

    How long are the coaching calls with Andrea?

    40 minutes. 

    I have trained with Andrea right before my wedding and had GREAT results! She helped with nutrition and also made the work outs interesting by always making me challenge myself by doing something new. In the first two weeks I lost 8lbs and by the time we finished I lost a total of 16lbs and 12.25 inches. I looked great in my wedding dress and achieved the results I wanted with her help.
