Let me be real with you: I created the Wise Woman Reset because I was tired.
Tired of the BS advice out there that says if you just do this workout or that move, you'll get "long, lean muscles" or "burn belly fat fast."
We've all heard it. We've all been sold it. And for many of us in midlife, we’ve also felt the guilt and frustration when it doesn’t work.
The truth is: our bodies aren’t broken. The system is.
The Wise Woman Reset is my answer to that system.
I wanted a program that finally takes a total-body view — not just the physical, but the emotional, spiritual, and energetic layers too.
So I blended my two loves:
🧘♀️ Ayurveda — which teaches us to honor our rhythms, listen to our bodies, and move with the seasons
💪 Western strength training — with real strategies to help women 35+ build sustainable strength, energy, and resilience without burnout
But this isn’t just about movement.
The Wise Woman Reset is about the moments between the workouts.
It’s the quiet practices. The time to decompress. The rituals to support your nervous system.
It’s the self-inquiry, the breathwork, the walking instead of pushing.
It’s making space for your body to be, not just do.
I created this program because I wanted a place where we could reset — not to become someone new, but to return home to ourselves.
This isn’t a fitness challenge.
