I wanted to write down what I was doing for my workouts for the next few weeks to give you an option if you want to follow along with your own workouts the following week or just new ideas on workouts you could add to your routine. I’ve included videos with all of the moves I had videos of.
Sunday- November 25th, 2018
I started the week off by attending a 75 minute Vinyasa yoga class at my favorite yoga studio.
Monday- November 26th, 2018
This is my solo workout at the gym day. This is one of two days I strength train by myself at the local gym I rent space from to train my clients.

1 Minute Ground to jump & touch
10 Minutes
Reps– 10/1, 9/2, 8/3, 7/4, 6/5,5/5

I teach 2 yoga classes on Tuesdays.

I attended an Alchemy class it was a 40 minutes class below is the 10 minute HIIT workout we did in class.
**This was 8 minutes of jumping so very effective in a short time frame!
8 Intervals
20 Seconds: Ground to Jump & Touch
10 Seconds: Volleyball Tap Jumps
2 Rounds
30 Seconds: Right arm snatch
30 Seconds: Left arm snatch
8 Intervals
20 Seconds: Ground to Jump & Touch
10 Seconds: Volleyball Tap Jumps
Thursday- November 29th, 2018
I tested out my Flow HIIT class I will be running mid-December (I also need to think of a better name)
15 Minute Workout
-Every minute on the minute- perform 4 burpees
All Moves 10 Reps
- Side lunge inside hand tap to inside of foot
- Plank with alternating leg lifts
- Squat Jumps
- Downdog alternate reach back pull back to high plank
- Reverse lunge step back to side plank
5 Minute Dance Freestyle
I put on a song and we free style dance or I did at the gym for 5 minutes
Yin Yoga
- Hamstring legs straight crossed 2 minutes each side
- Wide leg straddle pose with head rested on bolster 2 minutes
- Fire Log Pose- 2 minutes each side
- Spinal twist- 2 minutes each side
- Heart opener on bolster- 2 minutes
- Savasana
Friday- November 30th, 2018
I went to another Alchemy workout and this was a 20 minute HIIT workout in a 50 minute class setting.
8 Rounds
90 Seconds
- 8 Deadlifts
- 8 Kettlebell Swings
- 8 Snatches alternate hands
- 8 clean & press with bar or 1 dumbbell
60 Seconds
Saturday- December 1st, 2018
I did a Yoga with Adriene video on YouTube for 28 minutes on Creating Space and my son & cat made the entire journey quite entertaining. Whenever I do yoga at home it’s not about relaxing more about just getting my body moving. I was in the car for many hours so it just felt good to move.
