In Ayurveda the vata dosha is associated with air & ether elements. This practice is meant to ground the vata dosha and help you get more in tune with yourself. This is a slower paced yoga session to help you truly relax.

- Blanket
- Bolster or pillow
- 2 yoga blocks or firmer pillows
