Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast and today we are chatting with Rebekka Mars on bringing yoga off the mat and understanding who you are when no one is looking.

Introduction

This was such a fun episode Rebekka and I have so much in common. We both are personal trainers & yoga teachers. Rebekka and I chat about her growing up with “hippy” parents and how that shaped her upbringing into who she is today. We also chat about how to bring that good feeling from yoga off your mat outside of your yoga mat.

Rebekka Mars is a lifestyle coach for the conscious yet overcommitted, helping them to be more balanced and connected in their body, mind, soul, and life.
Blending a foundation of yoga with other tools of meditation, exercise, and more, transformation occurs. Rebekka takes individuals through a personal revolution– turning stress and blahs into ease and ahhs. “Good vibes only!”
Rebekka is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer, teaching and training for over a decade, and recently began leading yoga teacher trainings to bring more yoga to the masses. In her free time, she literally enjoys walks on the beach in her current hometown of Sarasota, Florida; being outside; live music; and planning her next adventure.
