74: Allyssa LaScala taking a holistic approach to your health

Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast I’m your host Andrea Claassen. Today I will be talking with Allyssa LaScala.

Introduction

Allyssa and I discuss a holistic approach to your health. She does not believe in a one size fits all approach to your health. We discuss adrenal fatigue, and her personal battles with lymes disease. If you’re looking to learn more information about what healthy can look like from an alternative viewpoint which I’m all about she has a tremendous amount of knowledge to give you another option.

Bio

My name is Allyssa LaScala. I am a personal trainer and holistic metabolic coach. As a Lyme Disease Warrior and Adrenal Fatigue Advocate, I’ve learned, first hand, the countless factors that affect your energy level, hunger, mood, ability to focus, and ability to lose weight. Most, we would never even think of. My belief is that no matter where you are in life, no matter what is going on and what challenges you’re facing, we can design a program and implement lifestyle changes that will work for YOU and help you restore optimal health and well-being.
