How to Incorporate this Week:
Last week one of you asked if I could give a few ways or ideas on what we should be implementing our learnings each week into our lives. Which I love (as a fellow pitta) so I will talk more about this on the group call this Tuesday. But will give you this week’s strategies to work on:
1. Perform your kitchen sadhana (you can read about it from the resource above)
2. Set your dinner time- give yourself a set time at least 5 days a week that you will enjoy your dinner.
3. Try one of the recipes I sent out last Thursday and will be sending out again this Thursday a try!
