Dr. Hannah Strom is a pelvic floor physical therapist and the owner of Awake Pelvic Health; Wellness. She is dedicated to empowering women through all life stages, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Dr. Strom specializes in addressing pelvic pain, core and pelvic floor dysfunction, and other pelvic health concerns, blending evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, whole-body approach. Her mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to their bodies.
