Introduction

Today’s episode is with the sisters of Sister Science Dhyana & Syama. I was introduced to the sisters through a mutual friend at Sarah Jenks Wise Women of Winter retreat. I have loved the work they have been putting out around Ayurveda, & yoga. They go deep in today’s episode to really understand the difference between soul & matter.
