You’ve outgrown “go harder” fitness culture.
Some weeks you have energy—and some weeks you don’t, and you want your training to adapt without guilt.
You want structure that feels supportive, not controlling.
You love yoga, nature, ritual, and depth and you also want a plan that’s actually effective.
You’re ready to stop starting over.
I know what it’s like to try to force a body into a plan.
And I also know the relief of finding an approach that’s both strong and sustainable.
I created The Strength Practice because women deserve training that builds muscle and protects their steadiness with training that can hold real life, shifting energy, stress, sleep, and changing seasons.
This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about doing what’s true so you can keep going.
A former farm girl living in the big city :)
I’m a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor with 19 years of experience supporting women in building strength that lasts.
My approach is:
Grounded — simple, effective programming that respects real life
Devotional — reverence for the body, recovery, and rhythm
Wise — discernment over trends and progress that matches your capacity
I work especially well with women who are thoughtful, sensitive, and strong in their own way women who want training to feel like an anchor in their life, not like their lives revolve around it.

I did a custom Ayurvedic cleanse with Andrea that changed my lifestyle. I have kept this weight off for 8 years and feel so confident and happy in who I am. Life changing was my experience in working with Andrea.
I lost 30 pounds, stopped smoking and drinking to numb myself.

I have seen Andrea's evolution of a trainer over the years and have benefited from learning Ayurveda and Yoga and how that can help me reach my own goals.
