I’m a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor with 19 years of experience supporting women in building strength that lasts.

My approach is:
Grounded — simple, effective programming that respects real life
Devotional — reverence for the body, recovery, and rhythm
Wise — discernment over trends and progress that matches your capacity

I work especially well with women who are thoughtful, sensitive, and strong in their own way women who want training to feel like an anchor in their life, not like their lives revolve around it.

2) Weekly Voxer support (message anytime)
Voxer me anytime. I respond Mon–Fri within 24–48 business hours.
This is where we adjust based on stress, sleep, travel, symptoms, or real life.

3) Monthly 60-minute coaching sessions (in-person or virtual) — 3 total
Each month we meet to refine form (video welcome), progress your plan, and recalibrate based on the season you’re in—physically and in life.

4) Rhythm + nourishment guidance (no meal plans)
General, intuitive, seasonal guidance that supports digestion, recovery, and steadiness—without rigid rules or meal plans.

We will meet over Zoom or in-person at your home, or coffeeshop whatever you prefer. We will do an Ayurvedic consult, and overall energy check-ins each month. 

Totally fine. I've had several clients not know a ton about Ayurveda but want the core principles of what Ayurveda offers around seasons, nervous system, digestion and overall stress management tips.
