his year, I made a quiet vow to devote all of 2025 to living and teaching through the vayus, the five sacred movements of life force energy.

What started as a curiosity became a full-bodied devotion on accident. 
Each class, I explored one vayu more deeply noticing how it showed up in my breath, my teaching, my relationships, even my rest.

I began weaving the vayus into everything I offered on the mat with my students, and off the mat in my daily rituals, family life, and self-care.
Some days it looked like feeling Apana in my grounding walks through nature,
other days like awakening Udana in moments of inspiration and voice.

And through it all, I discovered something profound:
the vayus aren’t just ancient philosophy they are living, breathing guides that remind us how to move with life, not against it.

This 5 Vayus workshop is a reflection of that devotion. 
A space to explore, embody, and awaken your inner teacher through the wisdom of the winds.
