Andrea Claassen is a certified personal trainer, 200 hour registered yoga instructor and Ayurvedic lifestyle coach. She has been featured on the Radically Loved podcast, Fit & Nourished Mind podcast, Thrival Nutrition podcast & The GymWits podcast. Her mission is to help women cut through all of the wellness BS by teaching them how to trust themselves more & become their own wellness advocate.
