The Holistic fitness almanac was created for the busy woman who wants to eat a little healthier, move their bodies daily, & set aside time to work on their own spiritual growth without feeling overwhelmed.
Whether you want to download & go (Holistic Fitness Almanac) or if you want to dive in deeper (Seasonal Living Mamas) both programs were created with mamas in mind to gain a new relationship with movement, understand how the seasons affect your routines, gain a basic insight into living with your dosha, and learn how to create a morning and or evening routine.
We are all busy and learning to live with the seasons shouldn't take hours to grasp. That is why the almanac is broken into easy to digest segments that you can implement immediately.
30 minute or less workouts, that are built to incorporate the entire body. We have a lot going on and who wants to spend hours working out? The almanac features 2 new workouts a month and the seasonal living mama membership incorporates new bi-weekly workouts with videos to keep your routine from going stale.
Each month features new & full moon rituals, monthly workout challenges, book recommendations, journal prompts, & seasonal recipes. You can do as much or as little of it as you want. You get to tune into what your body & mind need each month.
Seasonal living mamas- also will be getting bi-weekly recipes to try such as making sugar scrubs, salves, actual food recipes, and ideas of how to incorporate kiddos into the seasonal living lifestyle.

Andrea has been a certified personal trainer since 2007, a yoga instructor, Ayurvedic teacher, and pre/postpartum specialist. She is also a wife & mom to an active 3 year old boy. She also has a bachelors degree in sports & exercise science and psychology, minoring in coaching & religion.
Why I wanted to create this program?
I have found since I started tuning into the seasons my health, wellness and awareness of my body started to shift.
I wanted other mamas to share the wisdom of mother nature to help them find their balance, add more movement into their day & live more in flow with nature. With each new quarter brings new energy and new chances to live in tune with nature & your own innate inner wisdom.
