Not only have I seen Ayurveda help me but it has helped so many of the women I've worked with throughout the last few years. The beauty of Ayurveda is it recognizes that we all are unique. We use the tools it provides us to find the workouts, nutrition, sleep, and overall health habits that work specifically for you.

Workouts that work for you I'm very passionate about helping you get into a workout routine that works in your life. I meet you where you're at and don't expect you to workout 7 days a week and do a hundred burpees. I've been training clients since 2007 and know I can help you find a routine you will enjoy & see results from.
Integrative Homework By adding in homework in between sessions we can really discover where you are struggling and work towards solutions to help you have lasting habit changes. You will have your workouts & health habits to work on each week to help you reach your goals.

I'm a former recovering type A personalitiy myself. I used to run on all cylinders. I was constantly fatigued, stressed out and really was having no fun in my life.
I discovered you don't need to constantly hustle to get results and I can teach you how. Some of my favorite women to work with are type A women as seeing them transform is like watching a flower slowly bloom.
I've been training for 11 years and know one of the first things women want when they come to a trainer or coach is help with weight loss. I get it and have went through two, 40 & 60 pound weight loss journeys myself. I work with both the mental & physical sides of weight loss which actually help you see what your true health goals are in the end.
If at the end of your day your so exhausted that your default is to unwind with a glass of wine which makes you tired the next day and increases your anxiety this is a pattern I can help you fix. Instead of feeling frazzled and in need of numbing out at the end of your day we will work on crafting tools & techniques that will keep you grounded throughout your day.
I'm a certified personal trainer, Ayurvedic coach, yoga teacher, and Wild Woman Project Circle leader. My mission is to help women slow down, tune in, and transform their lives from the inside out.
I do this by teaching my Peaceful Power Practices centered around fitness, yoga & Ayurveda. I believe training is so much more than working out it truly is about helping you evolve your identity.
