Gyms intimidate you. 

You've tried other wellness programs but didn't have lasting results. My goal is to help you find a plan that will evolve with you and not just during our time together.  

You want to learn how to workout with your cycle or with your hormones in mind. 

You are pregnant or newly postpartum. I have extensive education in the pre/postpartum field. I have tons of resources and connections to help you safely train during pregnancy and return back to workouts after baby. 

You don't like to workout. I have many clients who come to me originally not enjoying working out. I will help you find the movement practice that you not only like, but you will actually do.

You are not coachable, or have a negative attitude. 

You won't do the workouts on your own. I give you the plan and have accountability check-ins each week. You need to be self-motivated to do the work. 

You want to do Cross-Fit style workouts, or run a marathon. Those are areas I personally don't specialize in, and you would be better suited with a different trainer.

How does the coaching program work?

After you sign-up for the program you will get an intake form to fill out. 
 I will set up a Google Drive with your workouts & resources you will need. 

We will set up our training schedule for the month ahead based on your scheduling needs. How many days you want to workout & what days each month. 

You will be emailed your program within 48 hours after you sign-up for the program. 

We will go over any follow-up information via email or Voxer (a free voicemail app). I will share food audit goals with you if applicable & talk about wellness habits you want to implement and how I can best hold you accountable to help you reach your goals. 

Email or text message with any questions or accountability for workouts completed on your own that week. 

Meet Your Coach- Andrea Claassen

I have been in the wellness community for over 15 years as a certified personal trainer,  yoga instructor, and pre/postpartum specialist. I've most recently added Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor to my resume. You can say I have a passion to learn and grow and aim to help you do the same. 

I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Sports & Exercise Science and Psychology. Finally I'm a proud wife & mom to an active 6 year old boy.

Over the past 14 years I have helped thousands of women transform their health. I've worked with kiddos, Olympic athletes, pregnant & postpartum mamas, and the Silver Sneakers crowd.

I have found my sweet spot though is empowering women who are intimidated by gyms and don't really like working out find their wellness routine. My goal is to create a custom wellness plan that evolves with you by learning how to trust listening to your body. No need to know what that means right now you will learn and master that skill during our time together. 

I started training with Andrea while pregnant with my second child, after badly injuring myself postpartum 4 months after having my first child. I thought I’d do it for the pre and post-natal period only, but I’ve been addicted to training with her ever since! Her maternity knowledge is unmatched, and 2 years later, she’s still finding ways to challenge me in a fun way. She keeps my workouts fresh and fun, tailoring everything to my specific style. It’s still amazing to me that I could lose all the baby weight through 30 minute workouts.

Questions & Answers

If I want to do a Zoom session with you to check form is that possible?

Yes. You will have a link in your Google Drive to book a session at a discounted rate if that's something you would like to add onto your package. 

What hours do you work?

My typical hours are from
8am-4pm CST. I encourage you to send Voxers whenever you have questions and I will respond to them in a timely fashion. 


How much equipment do I need to workout at home?

You don't need any to get started. I usually recommend equipment based on your goals. I keep it very basic so it's not a large investment for you. 

How long have you been training? 

I have been a certified personal trainer since 2007 and have been running my own personal training business since 2012. I hold 2 separate pregnancy & postpartum certifications. I'm also a registered 500 hour yoga teacher & Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor.
