All exercises will have video demonstrations and an introduction how to get started with the program video. So you won't have any questions of how it works or where to start.

This will empower you on how to build your own workout program around your cycle when the 28 day program is complete. 

I'm an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer, a Yoga Instructor, and Pre/Postnatal Specialist since 2007.  I'm also a wife & mom to an active 4 year old boy.

My mission the past few years has been around how to keep people motivated to workout. I work primarily with women and was noticing a huge dip in energy with some clients around the same time each month. Instead of pushing through another workout I started having clients workout with their cycle instead of fighting through one more challenging workout. 

The results women finally felt at ease with a workout plan and had lasting energy throughout the month and for their family.

When is the best time to start this program?

Anytime!

The program has segments for each of the 4 phases you just jump into the phase you're currently on.

The average cycle length is between 24-32 days. Day 1 is the day you bleed. You will learn how to track all of your phases during our time together.

Questions & Answers

why 28 days?

I've found everyone's cycle length varies. 28 days will cover the average cycle length with wiggle room to add in days based on your needs.


How is the program delivered?

You will be getting an email with the Move With Your Cycle Program as soon as you sign-up.

We will have the private Facebook group to help hold you accountable for your workouts. 

All program aspects will be sent to your email when you join. 



What equipment do we need for the workouts?

Minimal equipment is needed-a set of dumbbells, or soup cans, and a pillow.




Does it matter what phase of my cycle I'm in when we start?

Nope. We will be going over all 4 phases throughout the program. Any phase is a good phase to start on.  

What if i'm on hormonal birth control? should I do the program?

What if I no longer have a menstrual cycle, can i join?

This would not be the program to do if you're on hormonal birth control. Hormonal birth control gives you a false bleed each month and you're not fully affected by the 4 phases of your cycle while on hormonal birth control.

You can learn how to workout with the lunar cycle if that interests you. Though this program will not be covering the lunar cycle.  

What if I don't know which Menstrual phase I'm in?

No worries. You will learn about each phase and understand which one you're in during the program. 

You can participate if you want and sync up your cycle with the lunar phase. 

*Though we will not be going over the lunar phases in this program. You must have knowledge of the lunar phase and how it matches with your cycle.
