Virtual Series

 A 4 week yoga series aligned with the phases of the moon.


 Join me in a 4 week series exploring the energetics of each lunar phase. Tune into your own energy and how it shifts each week.

Class Flow Details

*We will have around a 50 minute yoga asana practice each week the style will vary based on the lunar phase. 

*We will finish each session with a 10 minute pranayama, guided meditation, or yoga nidra practice.

*You will receive an email with your lunar ritual for the week. 


Class Dates

4 Week Series on Wednesdays
All Classes from 12-1pm CST

Oct. 20th- Full Moon 
Oct. 27th- Waning Moon 
Nov. 3rd- New Moon
Nov. 10th- Waxing Moon

*Classes will be via Zoom and you will be emailed the link 24 hours before class & 1 hour before class. Video cameras can be on or off, whatever you prefer.

I'm an Ayurvedic wellness counselor, yoga teacher and personal trainer. I'm also a wife, plus a mama to an active 5 year old boy.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Sports & Exercise Science and Psychology and minored in Coaching & Religion. The perfect blend of what I currently do.
