Even more about Andrea
I have been a certified personal trainer since 2007, a 230 hour registered yoga instructor, and mindset shifter. My mission is to help women learn to lift heavy, incorporate yoga, and find their favorite form of movement. I do this by teaching my Peaceful Power Practices centered around fitness, yoga & Ayurveda. I believe training is so much more than working out it truly is about helping you reclaim your fitness story.
This challenge was built for the woman who wants to workout in December but understands that a quick 15 minute workout is all that will probably happen with her schedule. This challenge was geared to make you sweat in your 15 minute workout while letting you finish with a few deep restorative yoga poses to help you stay grounded and centered throughout your day.
You know taking just a little bit of time for yourself each day will help you not be grumpy, angry, or snarky to your loved ones. Because when you go a few days without moving your body you just don’t feel good, which is no good for anyone.
Now of course this is a 23 day challenge and I don’t want you to do H.I.I.T workouts everyday so on your rest days you will have Ayurvedic habits to work on that day. Such as enjoying a cup of golden milk, starting the day with meditation, or maybe trying a new grounding soup recipe.
I don’t want to give you more to do I just want you to remember yourself throughout December. As I’ve already heard from women who were anxious the first week of November because they lose themselves in the holiday season (and not in a good way) so I created this challenge to help you take back a small percentage of your life from the craziness of December.
Plus there are weekly prizes to help hold you accountable : )
