My goal is to bring Ayurvedic wisdom to as many woman as I can. I want to help empower women to live a healthier, more fulfilled and aligned life. So they can take ownership of their health back into their own hands.

I have been a certified personal trainer since 2007, a 230 hour registered yoga instructor, and mindset shifter. My mission is to help women learn to lift heavy, incorporate yoga, and find their favorite form of movement. I do this by teaching my Peaceful Power Practices centered around fitness, yoga & Ayurveda. I believe training is so much more than working out it truly is about helping you reclaim your fitness story.
