The woman who is constantly fatigued, stressed and always on the go. She wants to be healthy and is working out on a somewhat consistent basis. But no matter what she does she never feels good or has energy that sustains her the day. 

This is for the mom who doesn't want to give the i-pad to her kids to get a break from her stress. She wants to learn how to handle her stress in a more proactive manner. 

This is for the woman who wants things laid out for her in an easy to follow fashion as she doesn't have a lot of time but she does want to start making time for her again. 

Why I created this program?  

I get it, I was stressed out, fatigued, and throwing up on a weekly basis at the last job I ever worked for someone else. I was burnt out. I'm a type A woman who get's a lot of stuff done (heck at that time I wasn't even married or a mom yet). I knew if I went down that path for many more years I was going to be sick, tired & have no clue who I was anymore. I was starting to lose my sense of fun as I always had to be "on" to get the job done. Of course I was the only one who could do it right.  

I thought running my own business would do the trick all of my stress and fatigue would go away. Cue the laughter now. Instead I had 2 years of even more stress. I went on a retreat to Costa Rica on a whim with an instructor I just met. During the retreat she told me I was a pitta. I had no idea what that meant but I was intrigued. After returning from the retreat I decide to become a yoga teacher thinking I would learn more about Ayurveda. Well if you have taken a yoga training course you would know that's not quite true.  

Now instead I invested in an Ayurvedic coaching program right after my son was born. It literally changed my life. I've had so many people ask me why I've changed the way I train in recent months. I tell them simply because I didn't know 11 years ago what I know now, Ayurveda works. If I can teach you about how to keep your doshas in balance you can change your life. Instead of being a burnt out mom and business. owner I'm a much calmer, chiller person and still have a thriving business..  

That is why I wanted to share this course with other type A women. I know how much you want to relax but feel the pressure of life. I'm here to tell you it's possible. You can make shifts in your life by learning how to stay in balance. What routines pittas should be doing. My guess is if your a type A woman you're probably a pitta : )

1 Month Outline  

Week 1: Vata-Learn what routines help you stay in balance

Week 2: Pitta - Understand why self-care is crucial for you to be your best self

Week 3: Kapha -Learn what you should be starting everyday doing

Week 4: Putting it all together- No matter your dosha you need to understand how all 3 doshas play a vital role in your daily life. If you understand how to use the doshas on a daily basis you will not get sick as often, you will have the ability to stay more present in your life, and you will be able to navigate your nutrition & food based on the dosha you need to address in your life.  

**Remember- we need to learn about all 3 doshas as we have all 3 in us. We have a primary dosha but we always want to treat the dosha that is not in balance first before we eat, workout or do self-care for our specific dosha.

Who is it not for?

This program is not for someone who only wants to know about their dosha. We are made up of all 3 just in varying amounts. To truly get the benefits of working with your dosha’s (your unique mind/body type) you have to treat the body as a whole. If your super skeptical about Eastern medicine this is probably not the course to take.

Stop trying every workout & diet out there instead learn from your dosha which derives from Ayurveda medicine that has been around for 5000 years. There is a reason we are attracted back to older medicine right now. It works and if we could all grasp these concepts we can truly start changing our health from the inside out.

I am an Ayurvedic coach, yoga teacher, Wild Woman Project Circle leader and personal trainer. My mission is to help women connect with their divine body wisdom by learning how to trust themselves again. I do this by teaching my Peaceful Power Practices that release women from needing to find their next diet or workout plan and finally become their own wellness advocate. Everything I teache or lead I try to infuse it with the knowledge of slowing down, tuning in, and learning to trust your inner wise woman.
