Andrea Claassen

Andrea is a certified personal trainer, 200 hour registered yoga instructor and Ayurvedic lifestyle coach. Her mission is to help type A moms who are stressed out, numbed out, and don't know who they are anymore learn how to slow down, tune in, and trust your divine body wisdom.

Over the past 11 years Andrea has helped thousands of women transform their health. She has done this by giving her clients small habit changes to implement into their lives. These small habits lead to lasting changes. Andrea's goal is to help you evolve into the person you want to become.

  • 1, 60 minute initial consult 
  • 6, 30 minute phone calls (Bi-weekly schedule)
  • "Homework" practice between calls 
  • 3 Month workout program built for you 
  • A nutrition plan that will work for you
