Hello, I'm Andrea Claassen the Holistic Personal Trainer 

My Education:  

Sports & Exercise Science & Psychology -Double Major from Hamline University, St. Paul, MN- graduated 2007  

ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2007  

ACE Pre/Post Natal Specialist & Jessie Mundell Pre/postnatal academy since 2009  

ACE Certified Group Exercise Instructor since 2013  

200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher since 2016  

Certified Ayurvedic health coach since 2018  

My own wellness experience (cliff notes version)  

  • I started lifting weights & training friends at the age of 16
  • I was a 3 sport college athlete (soccer, basketball & tennis)
  • I’ve lost 40 pounds in my late 20’s after I realized I could no longer workout to offset a poor diet.
  • I again had to lose 60 pounds after my son was born. The first 20 came off quickly and then I really had to altar my habits to lose the last 40 pounds.

Goal Setting Session

We start our journey together with a free consult to go over your goals & make sure we are a fit to work together. If yes, we set up our first session, I set up your custom training Google Drive & you fill in our 90 day goals. 

Tuning In We need to understand what our body is telling us so we know what we should do to treat her & fuel her the way she wants. Don’t worry I will give you ideas on how to start!

Workouts Built For You We will co-create a fitness plan that works in your lifestyle built for your current goals. This plan will evolve as we work together.

Strategic Coaching I will help you build new habits, break habits that are no longer serving you, and help you modify your nutrition. We look at your entire lifestyle to create lasting habits.

Package Options:  

  • 1 Month Package– $275 for 4 sessions (typically training 1x week with Andrea)
  • 3 Month Package– $250/month for 4 sessions (typically training 1x week with Andrea)

Let's Go Package

Benefits of the Let's Go Package:  

  • You can choose if you want to develop a yoga practice and or weight lifting routine
  • You will walk away with confidence that you can develop a workout or yoga routine on your own
  • You will receive bonus workouts to help vary your workout routine
  • You will have weekly goal check-ins whether it be fitness or nutrition related
  • You will have at least 6-12 personalized workout routines.

  • 30 Minute Training Sessions

  • 1 Month Package– $475 for 8 sessions (typically training 2x week with Andrea)

3 Month Lifestyle Package

Benefts of the lifestyle package

This is the package for those who want to fix digestion issues, increase fertility, pre/post partum coaching, stress management, pain reduction or weight loss. You will receive workouts, nutrition, or other habit changing techniques during our time together. 

These sessions are typically done via zoom and are great for those who have habits they want shifted. 

What it includes:  

  • 6- 45 minute calls with Andrea - bi-weekly calls
  • Custom workout & nutrition plan 
  • Tools to help you with either stress, fertility, pre/postpartum strategies or other weight loss techniques pending your goals.
  • Custom monthly wellness calendar 
  • Possibly herbal blends- such as teas, or bath salts, scrubs crafted for your needs.
  • Weekly text or email support

  • $299/a month for 3 months

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why 30 minute sessions? I primarily work with busy moms who don't have a ton of time to devote to a workout program. I create my workouts to give you the most bang for your buck and get you in and out of your gym or living room in 30 minutes with a killer workout. 
  • Can I do 45 minute sessions? Yes! I do offer 45 minute sessions. Just ask for more information on those.
  • I'm pregnant can I workout with you? Yes, I specialize in pre/postpartum workouts so no matter your level, ability I can help modify the workout to fit your needs. 
  • I have diastasis recti or organ prolapse is it safe to workout? Yes, and this is an area I've worked with quite a bit and have a structure to help you return to exercise safely. 
  • Do you train online? Yes, I use Zoom (so we can virtually see each other) and you get all the benefits of in-person training and it is also $50 less a month in price. 
  • Do you have a studio you can train me out of? Yes! It is located in St. Louis Park, MN at 4906 W 35th St. Bonus- you don't have to pay extra to train there with me. 
  • Can you train me at my home? Yes, as long as it's within 10 miles of the St. Louis Park address listed above. 
  • Can my kids be home while we train? Yes, I work with a lot of new mamas and am very used to navigating the kiddos scramble during our sessions. 
  • Do you do group training? I do just send me an email for details on current openings-
