    Slowing down can be hard, you feel unproductive, like you're being "lazy", you have so much on your to do list how can you possibly slow down and tune into your body?



    I've heard from so many women this past year who have had new health issues ranging from;
    heart palpitations, insomnia, menstrual cycle shifts, diagnosed adrenal fatigue, blood pressure issues, weight gain, & anxiety. 

    But, what if you don't?

    This is why I created this challenge. I want you to spend 10 days learning how to connect with yourself again. Slowing down and learning how to listen to your body. Checking in and seeing how are you really doing?

      Each day you will experience a new Ayurvedic or yoga practice that is geared to help you slow down, tune in & 






      These practices won't take hours to complete. Whether you're a busy mama, business owner, college student or CEO these practices will work for you. This past year has shown us we need to take care of ourselves mind, body & soul. 

      Learning to rest is hard. This challenge will show you how to tap into your inner wisdom, creativity and strength. 

      It's about connecting you back to your inner wisdom, creating space for new routines, finding practices that replenish vs deplete you.

        Pranayama

        Learn 3 new breathing exercises to help you become centered throughout those busy, stressful days. 

        Yoga Nidra

        We will be doing a yoga nidra practice to help you feel the practice in your body. You will get a recording of this to practice on your own to use anytime you might need to rest to recharge your energy. 

        Why I love coaching Ayurvedic techniques?

        I have found since I started living seasonally my health and awareness of my body started to shift. I started having lasting energy, better digestion and consistent routines. At its core Ayurveda is a seasonal medicine system. 

        I wanted to share with other mamas tools to help YOU find your balance, add more movement into your day & live more in flow with nature. With each new quarter brings new energy and new chances to live in tune with nature & your own divine body wisdom.

        Andrea has been in the wellness community for over 14 years as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Yoga Instructor, and Wild Woman Circle Leader. She also has a Bachelor's degree in sports & exercise science and psychology. Finally she is a proud wife & mama to an active 5 year old boy.

        Over the past 14 years Andrea has helped thousands of women transform their health. She has done this by giving her clients small habit changes to implement into their lives. These small habits lead to lasting changes. Andrea's goal is to help you evolve into the person you want to become.
