  • Customized weekly workout plans

  • Monthly assessments & goal review

  • Daily accountability text messages, Facebook messages or emails (you get to choose)

Commitment: 

  • 3, 6 or 12 month package options
  • 2 – 30 minute zoom calls a month with Andrea (where we will check your workout form, talk about what’s working what’s not, and set up your next month’s game plan)
  • $250/month
