I created HMF workouts after becoming a mom and realizing I couldn't spend an hour at the gym anymore. I still wanted results but didn't have the time to devote to an extensive workout plan.

Past results from the HMF program have been women who've lost between 5-8 pounds in the first month, women being able to walk up and down hills without getting winded, and women gaining new muscle definition they previously never had. 

These workouts are meant to push you and give you a new found love for taking a little time for you each day.

Tell me more about the program: 

  • Each workout is geared for you to do at home or the gym. 

  • The only equipment you will need are a set of dumbbells. 

  • All workouts are 30 minutes or less. The workouts are a combination of cardio & strength training.
